At Misako, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Misako customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
